      There are many opportunities for career advancement if you are willing to promote yourself and take the initiative. This is a large company, and you will have to promote yourself and your interests to move forward. However, for those who are persistent, the benefits are almost endless.

      Cons

      It is easy to get lost in the shuffle. The opportunities are there, but it takes a great deal of persistence and effort to get there.

      Great benefits package, including 401K matching and maternity leave

      Success is focused on utilization vs. dollars which creates an environment to treat employees like a data report rather than focusing on how optimizing employee strengths and encouraging growth. Unfortunately the former encourages an environment of back stabbing and high turnover.
