      Pros

      Able to build career path in many ways. Employees have ability to choose own career path. Company is willing to invest on employees.

      Cons

      Recognition is not well established. Employees need to express themselves. Employee Benefit is cutting off too much. Communication method between employees is not well developed.

      Pros

      At the time, the employee benefits were great...not sure where they are at right now. RRSP matching, Health and Dental Coverage, subsidized transit passes.

      Cons

      Very little coaching for junior employees.

      Possibility of good benefits if you are offered and understanding in terms of maternity leave and return to work needs.

      Cons

      Unpredictable workload. Shortsighted in terms of capacity building. Training is more project based then career oriented.
