      Pros

      Some teams are great to work with/learn from. I worked hard there because I enjoyed the experience and the people I worked with, but could never advance due to politics higher up.

      Cons

      It's too big to care much about it's employees. A lot of grudge-holding and underhanded internal politics for people to get promoted to senior levels, which is detrimental to retaining post-baby boomer generations.

      Get to work with a lot of great people; there's a lot of diverse skill and expertise; it's a very ethical company; it's inclusive and supportive.

      Cons

      It's a very large company so there can be a heavy workload but this is offset by the experience you gain.
