You are tied down to what the store manager wants. Luckily, my store manager was good but for others I've heard its a nightmare (always working the worst shifts, not a lot of support, don't have much of a say, etc...) Additionally, in my time being here they have had so much restructuring that it is impossible to feel like you in a stable position.
