Pros

-Opportunity for advancement -Great working environment -Great Benefits (as a full-timer) -Great training from managers -Very focused on making the customer happy.

Cons

As a supervisor , I can not count on my management team to hold the other employees accountable when there are issues. For this reason, I now have a team associates who don't put any work into their job. It has become frustrating and I don't get paid enough to deal with it.

Pros

Typical retail environment. You're always busy doing something and time flies pretty quickly. Copy center is definitely more engaging than being a cashier, though.

Cons

Being a print pro does not pay enough. You are rather limited in your creative abilities and some customers don't understand that; ie sometimes they expect professional design work and want it at retail prices.
