Pros

Good benefits. Pay what you would expect for a key holder postions.

Cons

Titles don't match expectations. Asst. Managers are in charge of the sales and promos. The operations have all the cashiers and receiving. Plano grams and backroom and ads on asst day off. No training for the printers or the copy part as they have there own manager but you are responsible when they aren't working even though you know nothing. A lot of old programs and systems so really out dated so kinda of annoying as nothing is easy to get to.or find.

Pros

Great for college student, not an adult looking for meaningful long term employment.

Cons

Pay does not properly compensate the nature of the position.
