Pros

Co-workers become family and you get first pick of the clearance items.

Cons

Ridiculously low pay for the amount of work expected. I worked here for 4 years and was promised promotion after promotion that never came to fruition. Low pay causes employee turn over to be high and a solid cohesive team is never formed. For employees to stick around and put in the work it takes to run a store corporate needs to reevaluate what they offer their employees.

Pros

working at staples does have its advantages such as flexible scheduling, good operating hours, and competitive pay.

Cons

However, the restriction of hrs, manager to employee ratio, and the lack of FT positions makes it harder for management to manage.
