Pros

There is room for career advancement. The company holds a number of social events to celebrate milestones, anniversaries, product launches, etc. It is a long standing company with a strong foothold in the market.

Cons

The compensation for the work is often not equal to other companies. The culture of developing associates and providing extra training is dying down. There is no clear direction of the company conveyed to the associates.

Pros

Good place to work, but my workload can't be completed in a 40-50 hour week. I get 4 wks vacation per year and have never been able to use it all.

Cons

Cons absurdly enough is the same as Pros.

Pros

Great corporate colleagues, but all the good ones are leaving. Love all the convenient amenities such as cafe, dry cleaning, and the general store.

Cons

Siloed structure, too many systems, too much red tape and hoops to jump to complete projects. Business growth on the down turn. Company is trying to reinvent....again.
