Pros

Big company, lots of smart people, good work/life balance and you can learn a lot there. The cafeteria is great and they have lots of clubs and sports teams you can join, if you wish.

Cons

Very tough to get promoted within your department, and thus very little incentive to do great work because the merit raises are capped at 2-3% each year and the only way to really increase your salary is to move to another department.

Pros

Nice cafeteria, good food Dry Cleaning on site Good Pay Nice Building

Cons

Very little diversity at corporate office. I experience discrimination often. People are not friendly. Everyone walks with their heads down. Most people are rude and arrogant. Associates are expected to work very late hours and some weekends. The workload is unreasonable for a single person. Only 3 sick days. Only 10 vacation days to start. Very poor benefits. Health Insurance barely covers. Very cheap. I don't even have a stapler or the proper office supplies and we sell office supplies!! pathetic! I was told on my first week of employment to not expect any promotions or raises.
