The job itself as with many door to door sales jobs isnt the most glamorous job. Your quota is tough to hit especially in as struggling market which we are in. It seems like management always wants us to focus on something different with no clear vision for its employess. They focus more on number of wins vs revenue dollars which in my opinion is a HUGE mistake. They said its to further market share but wouldnt it make more sense for us to close 5 good accounts in a period vs 10 garbage accounts? They have recently revamped the commision struture but compared to other B2B similar positions they pay is still way below average.
