      A struggle to keep up with an unreasonable quota in a time of recession.

      Pros

      salary and benefits are good and compensation during training is great. brand recognition, size and overall reputation of the company make it easier to gain trust of prospects.

      Cons

      management is completely out of touch. quotas are not changed to be in line with the current economy. inability to compete with local vendors in certain markets--both price and services.
