Pros

The entire USR HR department is amazing, but the L&D team is just out of this world. Onboarding is smooth. People are incredibly friendly and accommodating and experienced in their roles. The office is lovely and I find myself wanting to go in even more than the three days a week they're asking. The cafeteria is affordable and delicious. The gym is also affordable (free if you are on Staples healthcare), and I love the walking paths on the grounds. Compensation was even higher than what I was asking for. Everything is a dream come true. I truly have no complaints. I love working here.

Cons

When it comes down to it, it's retail. I may work on the corporate office, but we're still controllrd by retail trends, and no retail company is doing great right now. Staples is very adaptable and willing to make the necessary changes to keep going, even when that's hard, but of course the future can never be certain.
