Pros

Most of the employees are decent people (consistent from store to store). The work (in copy center, at least) can be richly rewarding when all goes well.

Cons

Inconsistent management behaviors, obvious favoritism from management, and a seriously fatal lack of interest in the wellbeing of employees. Unrealistic expectations of Print & Marketing associates and supervisors is company wide and creates a toxic relationship between management and associates.
