Most coworkers are fun because we're all suffering together

Cons

1) Adding new collaborations/Responsibilities every month with little to no training and 0 pay increase. 2) Severely understaffed, underpaid, and overworked. 3) Managers barely ever step in to help employees handle customers

Pros

If you get lucky and get one of the few good teams, you will have work life balance.

Cons

- No growth opportunities - Very low pay - Insane amount of politics which could lead to even lower level engineers to lose their jobs despite problems in senior levels - leadership has no idea what they want to do in the long term. Every quarter the priorities 180 and a lot of resources get wasted with nothing to gain from it
