Benefits are decent, even for part-time workers. Schedule flexibility

Cons

Never seem to have enough hours for employees yet the store managers and supervisors are busting their butts trying to do everything and working 12 hours days. There does not seem to be any concept of the words team or training at this company. It's basically sink or swim from the moment you walk in and everybody is just too busy to help you. This company also has the largest turnover rate of any one I've ever worked for. There is no such thing as work-life balance and people are constantly leaving from burnout.
