Had good local management and coworkers were the reason I got through the day. My gm and other managers were great in the store and listened to my needs.

Cons

Corporate makes repetitive bad decisions, and the longer you're with the company, the more you notice and the more it impacts you. Copycenter can come with high stress and many responsibilities that aren't worth the low pay.
