Great Staff, work well with your scheduling needs, company seems appreciative and offers incentives for employees and holiday gifts.

Cons

Pay is low. Most good working employees leave because of pay level isn't competitive.

Pros

The people were great, always nice and work as a team. Pays better than a lot of retail such as Walmart or Target.

Cons

The pay wasn't what it should be for what was expected. Could be either extremely boring or extremely hectic where you will lose your mind.

Pros

If you want a good part-time job, you can count on getting hours. They would have given me the max 25 a week if they could, but I told them no more than 15 (I was working another job and doing school full-time), and that's exactly what I got each week. And the pay is pretty good. At my other job, I get paid minimum wage. Here I started off at $8.05 an hour, and after the first two weeks, got a raise to $8.20 an hour.

Cons

It was a very stressful job. You have to be super good at multitasking and balancing priorities, because you have jobs coming on online, through email, over the counter - and you're managing the Shipping Center as well. Pretty much all by yourself. Even when there are two employees on at the same time, it's pretty stressful. Most days I ended up having to stay an extra hour to give a hand with finishing up projects before deadlines. Especially since I was new and didn't know how to do everything yet, I felt like I could never please everybody: it was just about impossible to get every project done by the time the customer expected it to be done. In the end, I chose to quit and stick with my first job. Even though that job pays a lot less, it's much less stressful and I enjoy it. I really wish Staples could have worked out, because it did pay better; but I just couldn't deal with it anymore.
