Pros

10% employee discount. 50% off for square trade plans First dibs on great clearance specials

Cons

Positions filled by under qualified employees making work difficult for those that are skilled. 401k employer match is only done once a year every February. 25 hours for part time employees making it hard to support a single person let alone a family. other positions in the store get more pay but do less work

Pros

Good medical, dental, vision coverage Decent discount

Cons

I have done everything in that store.... The corporate level of incompetence is unbelievable. They constantly issue coupons that are broken and can be abused by customers, then we have to deal with them whenever they are angry at us because we cannot honor the coupon or the deal. We are all spread so thin throughout the store, you either have them hiring people like crazy at a location, or nobody resulting in an incredibly stressful workload and long hours, or no hours at all. They encourage managers to strip your hours to make you quit. The protection plan companies they use are a joke. They won't honor hardly a single plan, and tell you that you are wrong even though you are an employee and have their pamphlets right there. The copy and print department is the worst to work in due to how much you have to get done with only one person working. They have one of the highest turnover rates. Of course they pay you a good bit less than other companies, claim they don't have the money, yet buy up other companies.
