-Management is too fixated on quantity rather than quality (the budget and conversion is king). -Heaps of abuse piled on you from customers. -Wants you to push things on customers with the express purpose of cornholing them left, right, and center

Flexible schedule Star points Employee discount Fast pace learning environment if you enjoy that kind of work. A lot of gained experience

Cons

I've worked here almost two years and hardly have gotten a raise. I would like to have at least 20 hours a week, and I am hardly getting 10, while newer employees are receiving more. Employees who constantly call in sick. It would be nice to be a little more appreciated.
