The company has no integrity. It treats it's employees horribly. It sets crazy expectations and causes them stress. They moved management around anywhere they wanted... I was in upwards of 10 stores in my career.... they gave them a hard time any time they needed time off. I had to have a conversation with upper management because I took my first 2 week vacation of 4 years.. one I had planned a year in advance. I was told I needed to write up my employees for not selling enough of a product called liquid armour which is a con. It was considered poor job performance if they couldn't make customers buy a screen protector. Not only that, the expectations of a store that makes a small amount in a day were exactly the same as a store making five times the amount. A manager nearby committed suicide due to the stress the company was causing him. Stress? The stores barely make any money. The company invests all it's time into asking their people to make money out of air and therefore chasing customers away instead of having their people provide outstanding service with easy accessible product and then blame them for getting bad surveys because they were "not too friendly" about a $1000 return... yet also chastises them on their multi-daily conference calls because they didn't make the money expected of them (as if this is somehow in their control). They tell their employees they need to sell a computer and sell $500 in additional product to the computer or they will get "written up". They say it's not that a customer "doesn't want" anything else. They bleed their customers like new cars salesmen but don't put it in the job description.
