Pros

They make it seem like you’re just TSA but they put you in other departments like copy center or cashier. I hate it. All the customers are slow and can’t read. All location managers are different and it’s not fair how they treat the associates. They are always watching and clocking.

Pros

- Easy to learn - Large database to learn from

Cons

- Hourly pay is less than fast food employees - Unrealistic sales goals (Selling protection plans for office supplies, signing up customers to rewards programs sometimes unknowingly) - Unmotivating quota rewards. An extra hundred dollars every quarter if your whole team made their signup goals. Less bonus money if you are part time. - A company vs employee mentality instead of company & employee - Boring training videos. I think the employees deciding which training videos are needed to be watched have never actually watched the videos they are assigning. They are so difficult to retain any information since they compete to be the most boring videos you have ever watched. Also at one point, they recommend using a fire extinguisher as a weapon in the case of a mass shooter entering the store. I am not kidding.
