Pros

Work environment can be quite reasonable with the proper management.

Cons

Fail to compensate the effort of the lower level employees appropriately. Low starting wages and high workload causes high turnover. Employee burn-out and then quitting via no call no show is very frequent. Hiring practices for higher level retail positions (General Manager, Sales Manager etc...) seems questionable due to many positions repeatedly being filled by unproductive managers whom are then fired or quit. No bonuses, more productive work (ESP plans, Warranties that are pure profit for the company, App downloads) is not rewarded monetarily, it merely increases the expectations of the higher level corporate managers.

Pros

- super flexible with hours (i am a college student) - was able to easily get approved days off with14 day notice - job itself is fun (fulfilling the orders)

Cons

- management will overpush you to get staples connect app downloads, if you don't you could get written up - not much opportunity for promotion - minimal pay increase annually
