Poor pay for the amount of work, training, and knowledge required for Copy Center. I knew most of the machinery and software from college. Everything else I learned from talking with Xerox and the service guys. Most customers were great to work with but a few were just awful (then again it is retail). If machine breaks down or someone calls off, it can quickly turn into a very hectic situation. Hard to keep department staffed.

not having enough shift coverage, causing customers to be displeased and unhappy with the waiting time for a quick order, which could have be finished with just one more employee. The manager in my store was not aware of half of the products we carry, it is ridiculous and needs to be stopped.
