Pros

high turn over, so you never had to work with the same moronic manager or corporate baffon for too long.

Cons

Greed at every turn, excessive busy work, bait and switch deals. Fine print on every offer. Management had no idea how to run a business, schedule employees, merchandise, resolve problems. It is all a numbers game to them. no one matters more than a number on a page. Every step is tracked and micro managed. Oh did I mention the deplorable set of customers. Staples attracts the worst mannered, entitled soccer moms and failing businessmen.

Pros

The coworkers are great, everyone from managers to the GM at my store is awesome!

Cons

The lack of payroll for enough help to run the store the way it is wanted to be ran is what hurts us.
