Pros

Good place to start off. Well recognized name in the industry. Good for building on for future oppty's.

Cons

Saw emplyees as a "dime a dozen". Haphazard changes and too often. Unrealistic expectations of employees time for the sales force (team meetings right before holidays/ required to get own deliveries of materials at warehouse instead of at office). Low base pay and minimal comission structure. VERY high turnover.
