Pros

Reasonable pay and benefits. Senior local mgmt is great, dept mgmt not so good. Enjoy my job and the company but have a tyrant for a dept mgr, which makes my job very difficult at times.

Cons

You can do very well if your dept mgr follows company policy of an open door policy, mine does not. He has had issues with virtually every one at the location but yet he still is employed! I have no issues with the company with this one exception.

Talented people (for the most part), competitive compensation (inclusive of stock options, ESPP stock purchase plan), good location ..... really nothing more positive that I can mention ...

Cons

Politics, not good with benefits, not a whole lot of career advancement opportunities available, some groups have inward polotics going on so be careful specially if you are moving within the company ... avoid NAD area... lot of politics between the finance and operations group within NAD....
