Pros

Ability to make a difference, value for individual contribution, ability to speak up. Non bureaucratic environment.

Cons

The pace at Staples can be a challenge. There is a tendency toward being overly lean, however this is good for job stability so can be both a pro and a con.

Pros

Decent benefits, great coworkers, good pay

Cons

Senior management changes directions like underpants, bonus program went from one of the best in retail to one of the worst, assistant managers that are well respected throughout the district are often passed up for promotion (but if you kiss the right butt you are in)
