Pros

Not super stressful. I had good coworkers, before they all quit due to stress, hour cuts, and low pay. Our managers do the best they can with corporate tying their hands. They really care about their employees at the store level.

Cons

EXTREMELY low pay. Not enough payroll hours given to keep the store staffed. Often there are only two employees in the store at a time, which makes customers lose their d*mn minds. You WILL be screamed at, for things you have no control over. I believe corporate is actively trying to run the company into the ground.
