Pros

- the people are friendly - the managers are kind and reasonable - the managers supported you if you didn’t know how to do something - the work hours were flexible - You could move into a management or supervisory role.

Cons

- It could get hectic sometimes, and there wouldn’t be enough staff. - You can’t take time off on Boxing Day, Black Friday, or back to school. Which sucks if you want to travel over Christmas or at the end of August. I left in 2022, so this may have changed.
