Great co-workers, toxic and demanding work environment

Pros

Great associates that can be easy to work with and communicate with. Also a good place to garner experience for retail, tech and print. Print specifically can be a good place to get good with customer service and working in stressful environments.

Cons

Horrible management both on GM and DM ends. Managers are pressured by DMs which pressure employees to get rewards penetration and coupon uses to absurd numbers. Low pay regardless of the fact they have you do more than what you were hired for and are expected to meet pointless expectations. Amazon returns are pure hell and can cause print department to halt completely.

Not many, other employees are the highlight of the job.

Cons

Work life balance is non existent Amount of work expected of one person is insane Copy and print is the only really profitable side of the store so they have a ton of responsibility Hours supplied are way too low and continue to get lower Amazon returns keep employees from doing their actual jobs.
