Limit hours of all employees so they don't have to pay them full time benefits like the average service worker in this country deserves. Bloated salaries at the very top, Assistant GM's barely make of $40k and they run the stores. General Managers on upwards make double, it's insane. District Managers have daily conference calls which consist of an hour of ranting. This company now operates by stepping on backs of its newly created class of poor part time workers and just racks in billions.

Typical frustrating retail environment. Disconnect between mrgs and reality. Unreasonable expectations to sell people "warranties" (Those are pure profit) The pay was laughably low in their IT/tech dept. Very Anti-union. You have to sign a form that says you won't talk to union reps and watch propaganda about unions being bad during your training. I was offered a position doing on-site repairs, using my car, but only a $0.40 raise. I declined.
