Pros

10% discount. You get first pick on items getting clearanced out. 6th month review allows for hourly raises. Student opportunity for scholarships after working for a certain period of time. Employee of the month winner gets $20 Staples Gift Card. Management is very thoughtful and encourages team to meet sales goals. There are regional monthly sales goals contests that have awesome rewards for the break room.

Cons

Sometimes, I didn't get as many hours as I wanted, I would always still get at least 15 though.
