Can't think of any pros.

Cons

Not a lot of room to move up in the company. Employee discount is a drop in the bucket. Any issues you have will be almost completely ignored. All staff is severely under-trained. From the corporate level down to the store level, this company is extremely disorganized, making the job much harder than it has to be.

If you are a people person, you will enjoy the customer interaction.

Cons

I had to deal with a lot of older folks, so it was frustrating at times when they didn't understand/believe what I was trying to tell them. Also, it can be tough to sell a virus removal to someone when it is $150.
