Not what I expected.

Benefits are great, and pay is above average.

Cons

Uncertified techs are hired on at higher wages than certified techs. Employees with bad work history are given promotions above those with polished references. Bad attitudes and consistent negative behavior is mistakenly rewarded, company wide. Involved associates supervise inventory control introducing conflict of interest and perpetuating inventory shrinkage.

Loved working there, learned alot bout computers including how to fix them, update them, mantain themm etc.

Cons

DIdnt really have any issues execpt for customers, alot were rude and thought they knew more than i did.
