In this job, you will increase your communication skills and it may be good for gaining experience if you are new to the job market.

Cons

As a tech associate, you will be forced to force customers to buy warranties and spend unnecessary money for computer work. All the boss cares about is amount of warranties you sell, and the store's percent at the end of the day. If you have a caring personality, you will likely be miserable.
