Pros
Financially stable and forward thinking, the company came together when the pandemic hit and no one had to worry about losing their job or paychecks. They invest in their employees in many traditional and non-traditional ways. Lots of tech and resources to get the job done. Leaders respectful of work/life balance.
Cons
Getting ahead in the company isn’t a traditional hierarchy. There are growth opportunities which often include changing departments, but I’ve also seen entirely new positions created to meet changing business needs.
