Pros

Good junior staff. Lots of young people with great ideas!

Cons

Confrontational executive and managers like to belittle you and talk down to you in front of peers. Poor pay and benefits based on modern standards. Salaried employees still get their time and lunches monitored by management. Micromanagement mentality makes you feel like you are constantly being watched.

little training, culture good, people are friendly and try to help, Convenient to major highways, fair number of perks - flexible

Cons

Japanese Style management, They used to be highly communicative, more recently Japanese style only inform on details they wish to pass along, promotions not readily available
