Long-term growth and diverse opportunities. Over 14 years, I had the chance to take on different roles and responsibilities, which helped me build a broad skill set and stay engaged. The company promotes from within and recognizes those who are proactive and adaptable. I also had the opportunity to work with talented, supportive colleagues—many of whom truly feel like family, which makes a big difference in the day-to-day experience.

Cons

Fast-paced environment that may not be for everyone. Priorities can shift quickly and often compete, which keeps you on your toes. The team structure is lean, so there is an expectation for everyone to pitch in equally, which can sometimes feel demanding.

Pros

There are sale items only for employees aside from other discounts.

Cons

Very strict rules with no flexibility at all! You'll have to stand for hours without sitting or leaning and continuously entertaining and trying to sell to guests. I feel like this is a robot's job and feel terrible here! This job probably isn't for me, but beware too!
