Pros

Many perks within the vendor/cruise industry

Cons

Company policies need to be defined to employees, need better technology to combat manual work, this will help reduce long work hours. Back up assistants for key positions.

Pros

The recruiting proccess went real good and smooth up to a certain momment. I believe they have knowledge of what to do. Very experienced company.

Cons

Not sure if they have idea of good coordination. My short experience with Starboard showed me that this idea was missing. At one stage during the recruiting process, having an interview with one of corporate managers I realised that we are in an interview for diferent possitions. Me ready and thinking that the interview is for Retail Sales Manager and the Corporate Manager thinking I.m there for a kind of assistant or other supervision position trainee. I found out the corporate did not know what is wrriten on my resume or for what possition I did apply. From this separate points of view and the insuccess of the candidate was just a step. Me asking question the other getting mad on this subject and looking to close the "interview" in a forced friendly manner. Sorry but if a potential manager gets this kind of attention on this early stage what to expect once in the same boat???

Pros
