you get to see the world and get paid for that. make friends from all over the world. Some of the Managers you meet are damn good. Good experience for life

Cons

Commissions very less..company makes millions of dollars employee gets pennies. Inventory days are horrible. Staff works double hours gets paid same, company saves money on getting the job done by staff and not paying them anything extra.

Good health benefits. Good exposure in the industry. A bunch of good people in the lower level to work with.

Cons

The management is disconnected from day to day reality. No directions. Everyone is overworked. No appreciation. Salaries r below low. Almost no raise even when promoted
