Pros

Teamwork. Trainings and career growth options Every day is a new challenge, as shops placed on board, where every single customer changes mood five times a day, you are trained and get to provide excellent service, no matter what.

Cons

All job shifts are scheduled for 6 months, on no days off basis. As soon as ship sails, shops are open and every member of team is at their workplace. if you do the best in your department, you will be moved by manager to another, which is not doing good PPI because of regional issues. For example, carribbean passnegers are not interested in Alaska postcards.
