Perfume bag during the holidays and employee sale

Cons

No training to begin with. If an employee excels, responsibilities are constantly being added without additional pay which is very low in the first place. The HR department is a joke they favor whomever they are friends with and do not even have the common decency to return calls in order to verify employment. Employees are stressed to the limit, overworked and underpayed. Extremely high turnover.

Noting good to say about Managers, terrible technology, high expectations with zero resources. Discrimination and the HR dept is the worst, never go there to complain, your will be out the door when least expect. they treat you like you are a slave.

We value all of our employees and feel they are our biggest asset. We encourage team members to discuss their concerns with their mentor, manager or a member from our Human Resource team.
