Pros

Very easy going place to work Lots of attention is paid to keeping employees happy Opportunity to get bonuses Great partners to work with Build great relationships with customers Free drinks 30 minutes before and after work Lots of opportunity for growth Even though partners say the company is not what it used to be, it is still 10X better than the majority of jobs out there

Cons

Rude customers (but you have those eerywhere) Like all jobs, your work environment can depend greatly on your boss (I've been blessed to have a great one, but I know that is not the case with all)

Pros

Besides the great benefits, Starbucks provided: a flexible work schedule while I was in college; a crash course in business management after I gained my BA and decided to move the corporate ladder. Most of all I am appreciative of both the personal and business relationships I gained while working for this company.

Cons

One of the main downsides of working at Starbucks is the inconsistencies which exist and only become more apparent as you move up within the company.

Pros

As a company Starbucks is a great company to work with. Respectful employees and management.

Cons

The job is not for everybody. The stress and anxiety is high specially in a high volume store
