Store Manager did not work as hard as she should have, customers did not even know she was the store manager and thought that me or the asm were,

Pros

The company is very personable and offers excellent benefits and opportunities to move up. They also have great traing and are for the most part fair.

Cons

The economy is causing them to forget what they are all about. They are closing stores, laying people off, demoting and changing rules and practices they've stood by for years. They are causing partners to lose faith in the company.
