Pros

The reasons I went after a job with Starbucks were, after some research, I was impressed with the benefits offered, as well as the companies commitment to the environment and the farmers it supports.

Cons

For myself my end game is not store management nor further management roles, so I find myself limited in where I can go with this company. My ultimate endgame is to pursue work in more creative, artistic fields.

Pros

Benefits, fast-paced, supportive store manager, fantastic partners. Did I mention the benefits? Company cares about the environment and sustainability

Cons

Short staffed at times. Labor can be an issue, but this is expected in this line of work. We work as a team, and it’s hard at times when other partners don’t keep that in mind. They don’t show up and it puts everyone in a rough spot.
