      Pros

      Benefits. Company does business with mission and values at the forefront. Listens and takes action based on customer and employee best interests.

      Cons

      Great support system, but everyone has their own store to run, so little help if you’re brave enough to ask...and the manager workload is extensive. You are part of floor coverage at least 30/40 scheduled hours each week. Always plan to work at least 50 hours a week to run all aspects successfully. Anticipate extremely long days. Prepare to work doubles and Clopens if needed.

      Great benefits, nice people, able to work on things that matter to customers

      Cons

      Passive aggressive and consensus culture makes it difficult to get work done and deliver. Organization at SSC (headquarters) is not designed well. Recent layoffs meant to clarify roles and responsibilities, ownership and decision making were not effective. Leaders make decisions based on who they like rather than who has the right skills. While it was smart and necessary to remove the duplicate roles at the director and above level, there are now fewer opportunities for promotion. Compensation is low compared to market (they rationalize it by saying it's a good work/life balance culture but in tech that's not really the case).
