Pros

You are treated as a "partner". Most upper level management people are friendly and accessible. On-line classes available for free to add to your personal development.

Cons

Not alot of opportunity to move past a district position. Store managers have had to take up alot of slack due to reduced payroll expectations.

Pros

Full benefits available for part time employees. Relatively good tips at this particular location. Ability to work as little or as much as I'd like. Pleasant and respectful Store Manager.

Cons

Each store has it's own environment. Often, employees create an atmosphere and culture that isn't necessarily conducive to all involved. Sometimes there is high drama amongst employees. Luckily, there is an option to transfer within the district, to other stores.
