Pros

Good friendly atmosphere, fast-paced and energetic retail environment. Pay is pretty competitive for food-service and good benefits for similar level jobs.

Cons

Much less room for advancement as they lead you to believe. Most higher level managers were all outside highers that proved mostly incompetent.

Pros

The company acts with integrity and works to positively impact the communities we operate in. The company tries to live by it's mission statement and stay true to it's core values.

Cons

Labor force cut too lean. More money needs to be shifted to our partners hourly pay and additional store labor and away from our constant promotional turnovers. It is difficult to complete the tasks of management when each manager is given effectively 4 hours a week to be scheduled off the floor. During that time all administrative tasks such as schedules, reviews, business planning, etc needs to be done.
