Pros

The 401k, health insurance, annual stock grants, and not to mention the OPPORTUNITY TO FINISH your degree! The company culture is phenomenal, and the upper management make sure that the business doesn't interfere with the company's original vision. There's a reason that employees are partners, and the company continues to make national headlines

Cons

Like any retail job, there will be long hours, holidays, and people who are less than friendly. You take the good with the bad. Occasionally, there will be turnover, and depending on the dynamic of the store you're a part of, that can have impact on perception of the overall partner experience
