Pros

Starbucks is a highly ethical company, and provides a great place to work. There are growing pains as the company moves into being more of a manufacturing organization than a retail store organization, but it is to be expected. Positive changes are in the works and good change is happening. Constant change and growth is the mode currently - very positive.

Cons

Change constantly and lack of processes can be difficult, but they also provide opportunities for individuals to create and contribute. The organization is in flux.

Pros

You get to work with great people and a company that provides benefits to part time employees. Nice to engage with customers as well.

Cons

The store opens early and closes late. Stores are open on holidays. There has ben a huge amount of changes in the company in the last two years that have been overwhelming.
